25 newly-hired MOST employees take oath

MARAWI CITY —Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) has hired twenty-five (25) permanent personnel from Maguindanao, Cotabato City, Lanao del Sur, Basilan, and Sulu to perform the ministry’s tasks and mandates in pursuit of BARMM’s advocacy on Moral Governance.

MOST Minister Aida Silongan led the general orientation and oath-taking ceremony of the newly-hired staff on Thursday, November 12, in Cotabato City.

Appointees from Lanao del Sur, Basilan, and Sulu took oath via zoom.

“Beginning today, we are going to express and implement our values that were taken during values transformation in support of our advocacy on moral governance,” Member of Parliament Silongan said.

“We are setting our minds to what are the values to be seen to us in our day to day activity, how are we going to relay to our co-workers, partners, and visitors,” she added.

Bangsamoro Grand Mufti Abuhuraira Udasan emphasized that to achieve moral governance, there should be consultation among and between leaders and their followers.

“I believe that we have to be guided by the Qur’an and sunnah of Rasulullah (SAW), then we will be successful in running our Moral Governance, In Shaa Allah,” Mufti Udasan said.

BARMM’s Civil Service Commission OIC Director Dominador Gonzales, Jr. was also present during the activity. (BPI/PIA-ICIC)
