Camiguin PDRRMO reiterates travel requirements under MGCQ

CAMIGUIN  (PIA)—While Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) takes effect in the province, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) shares travel requirements of local residents and authorized persons outside of residence (APORs) during the Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) meeting, June 25.

For local residents departing from the island, PDRRMO requires barangay clearance with signature of municipal focal or municipal health officer, entry card (yellow) issued by the province, valid identification card (ID), and CleanCamiguin QR (quick response) code.

APORs on the other hand are required to present their entry card (green card) issued by the province, travel order, company ID, and the CleanCamiguin QR.

PDRRMO also set protocols for the entry of essential truckers at Benoni Port. For resident truckers, the drivers as well as their helpers are required to undergo the rapid antigen testing every 10th day and they are automatically placed at the temporary holding area.

For non-resident truckers, the province limits their stay in the province for three days and they can only stay at the Inter Agency Task Force (IATF) approved hotels and pension houses.

As of June 15, PDRRMO has already issued 299 COVID-19 related citations. (RTP/PIA-10)
