Police Regional Office 12– Drug Enforcement Team of Police Station 3, Cotabato City Police Office in coordination with counterpart agencies arrested Jonathan Niñonuevo Viray “Jojo”, 53yrs old, married, painter and a resident of Kimpo Subdivision, RH-13, Cotabato City on October 1, 2019 at around 3:45 p.m. in a buy-bust operation.
Recovered from the suspect were;
a) One (1) piece heat sealed plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believe to be a Shabu with estimated value of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500. 00) as the Object of sale and;
b) One (1) piece genuine Five Hundred Peso bill (Php500.00) with serial number SQ769445(Marked Money).
c.) one (1) box of safety matches (posporo)
The arrested suspect was brought to Police Station 3 for proper booking and documentation prior to RCLO Armm for laboratory examination and Cotabato Regional and Medical Center for Physical and Medical Examination. As of this time, a charge for Violation of R.A. 9165 is being prepared against the suspect.
