Police Regional Office 12– Sarangani Police Office operatives arrested RYAN MALADIA, 35yrs. old, married and resident of Purok Josen,Brgy. Tuyan,Malapatan, Saranggani Province on October 01, 2019 at about 2:15 AM. Maladia is included in the drug list and has a standing Warrant of Arrest for Violation of RA 9165.
Further, a Search Warrant against the suspect was also implemented where the team recovered 3pcs small heat-sealed transparent sachet containing the white crystalline substance of suspected shabu; 10pcs aluminum foil (folded); 3pcs crumpled aluminum foil; 3pcs improvised clip; 1pc Doublemint container; 1 cal. 45 pistol 1911 colt; 6pcs ammunition of cal. 45; 1pc cal. 45 magz and 1pc Cordura sling bag.The suspect was immediately brought to Malapatan Mps for proper documentation and filing of cases.
