(Currently, DSWD Field Office 10 has provided 20,000 family food packs to Gingoog City and for Cagayan de Oro City, we have started the distribution of 5,000 family food packs)
She added that aside from requesting over 160,000 FFPs for Cagayan de Oro and 140,000 FFPs for Gingoog City, they are also preparing for the financial assistance for the affected families.

To respond in a speedy manner, DSWD Central Office through Sec. Rolando Bautista also works on the proposal of the regional office to provide financial assistance to the affected residents. The regional office has already provided the figures to be considered by the financial managers of the Malacañan Palace.
Dollaga-Libang is hopeful that the requests coming from CDO Mayor Oscar Moreno and Gingoog City Mayor Erick Cañosa will be granted by President Rodrigo Duterte. Meanwhile, DSWD-10 is coordinating with the LGUs on what the department could immediately give.
She also assured that the department will always extends its hand in aiding those who are in need not only during disasters but most especially in this time of pandemic. (RTP/PIA-10)
