Said start-up provisions, comprising of 30 packets of veggie seeds (okra, ampalaya and pechay) are eyed to make persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) and BJMP-10 personnel more productive amid ongoing lockdown of jail facilities to curb the spread of COVID-19. Of which, has prevented the entry of visitors and all of their service providers temporarily suspended.
