LGU Iligan imposes ‘no face mask, no entry’ in public market

ILIGAN CITY (PIA) — The Economic Enterprise Development and Management Office of the Iligan City imposed a “No Face Mask, No Entry” policy at the temporary public market located in Barangay Tambo, this city.

The strict implementation is in line with the declaration of enhanced community quarantine to curb the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

All persons going to the market are advised to wear a face mask before entering the entrance gate. They will also pass through the foot bath and misting tent for disinfection.

While inside the market, the face mask should be worn at all times.
Moreover, social distancing and proper hygiene will also be observed.

With the home quarantine pass issued by barangay local government units, only one person per household is allowed to go out to buy basic necessities. (LELA/ PIA ICIC)
