Police Regional Office 12 – Php. 55,000.00 worth of suspected shabu seized by Koronadal CPS on a two (2) different drug bust operation in Koronadal City.
Operatives of Koronadal City Police Station and Drug Enforcement Unit conducted buy-bust operation in the City of Koronadal on November 27, 2019 which resulted to the arrest of two (2) drug suspects.
At about 11:00 in the morning drug suspect JOEL PEDROSA APILLERA alias “JR”, 30 years old, driver, and a resident of Purok Sitio Silangan, Brgy. Centralla, Surallah, South Cotabato was arrested by the Operatives from Koronadal CPS.
Seized on his possession were one (1) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as “shabu” weighs more or less 0.06 gram with street value amounting to Five Hundred Peso (Php 500.00), one (1) large heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as “shabu” weighs more or less 2 grams with street value amounting to Twenty One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos ( Php 21,250.00).
On the other hand, at about 04:00 in the afternoon another drug bust operation was executed by the operatives from Koronadal CPS which resulted to the arrest of of NARSUDIN ODIN DELNA alias “TONG”, 25 years old, laborer, and a resident of Purok 3, Brgy. Madanding, Municipality of Das, Maguindanao.
Seized during the operation were one (1) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected as “shabu” weighs more or less 0.06 gram with street value amounting to Five Hundred Peso (Php 500.00), four (4) small, four (4) large and one (1) big heat sealed transparent plastic sachet all containing white crystalline substance suspected as “shabu” weighs more or less 5 grams with street value amounting to Thirty Four Thousand Pesos (Php 34,000.00), one (1) piece canister color green, one (1) piece canister color white containing one (1) piece improvised tooter, one (1) piece used disposable lighter, one (1) piece Five Hundred Peso (Php 500.00) used as marked money, one (1) unit ARMSCOR cal. 45 pistol with serial number 135603.
A case in violation of RA 9165 is being ready to file against JOEL PEDROSA APILLERA while cases for violation of Article ll, Section 5, 11 and 12 of RA 9165 and RA 10591 were being readied for filling in court against NARSUDIN ODIN DELNA.
