SIX (6) ECQ PROTOCOL VIOLATORS NABBED IN STO. NIÑO AND KORONADAL

Police Regional Office 12 – Six (6) curfew violators were nabbed in Sto. Niño and Koronadal City in the Province of South Cotabato on April 20-21, 2020. These persons have violated Article 151 of Revised Penal Code (Resistance and Disobedience to a Person in Authority or Agents of Such Person).

            Elements of Sto. Niño Municipal Police Station arrested Ronald Eborde y Enorme, 30 years old for violating Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) protocols particularly on curfew hours and liquor ban.

Subsequently, elements of Koronadal City Police Station arrested Ronie Mangudadatu Usman, 46 years old, married, LTO utility, a resident of Lower Balmores St., Brgy. GPS, Koronadal City and Mark Ryan Badong Ladaga, 29 years old, single, advertising manager and a resident of Kings Compound, Brgy. GPS, Koronadal City for going out from their residences even if it’s not yet their schedule as indicated on the movement pass given by their respective barangays.

Another three (3) violators named Ibrahim Tion Coten, 25 years old, single, and a laborer, Mary Jane Arnasa Francisco, 33 years old, single, and a housekeeper, and Stefanie Agustin Araneta, 30 years old, married, also a housekeeper, all residents of Purok A. Prospero, Brgy. GPS, Koronadal City who were seen loitering were also brought to Koronadal CPS.

The said violators are now under the custody of their respective police stations while a case for violation of Article 151 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to the City Ordinance No. 4 Series of 2020 “An ordinance imposing a curfew in the City of Koronadal as an effort to limit the non-essential movement of people and potential transmission of the Novel Corona Virus (COVID 19)” were filed through inquest proceeding against them.
