Police Regional Office 12 – PRO 12 Priority Ten (10) target listed Illegal Drug Person nabbed in Buy bust operation, Php. 13,000.00 estimated worth of Shabu seized.

At about 6:00 o’clock in the afternoon of April 10, 2020 joint operatives from Isulan MPS Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) with and RMFB 12 1202nd conducted buy-bust operation Along National Highway in front of Warda Restaurant, Brgy. Kalawag 3, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat against Jaypee Bolido y Dadivas, 33 years old, a resident of Purok Bagong Unlad, Brgy. Kalawag 3, Isulan Sultan Kudarat and listed in Recalibrated PRO 12 Priority Ten (10) target listed Illegal Drug Personalities.

After the poseur buyer purchased one (1) piece heat sealed plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu with estimated worth five thousand pesos (Php.5000.00) pesos.

Further, after the said transaction, the suspect sensed the team rushing towards him then immediately fled towards Isulan Public Market Road, National Highway but then the troops intercepted him on his above said resident.

Subsequently, upon search recovered from his possession were marked money worth five thousand pesos (P5000.00), five (5) pieces one thousand and another three (3) pieces heat sealed plastic transparent sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu.  Four (4) pieces seized suspected shabu has an estimated weight of 1.5236 grams with a street market value amounting to eight thousand pesos (Php8000.00). 

Seized evidence was brought to Isulan MPS for proper disposition while case for violation of Sections 5 and Section 11 Art II of RA 9165 was being prepared for filing before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office against Dadivas.
